Welcome to GyanBook India. By registering, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to follow these unified Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Use of Services

GyanBook India grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the services strictly in accordance with these terms. The resources are provided solely for academic preparation and self-assessment.

2. User Account Security

You are responsible for securing your account credentials. Multiple users sharing a single premium subscription is strictly prohibited and may result in automatic account revocation without refunds.

3. Intellectual Property

All question datasets, analysis code, platform UI elements, and proprietary branding remain the exclusive property of GyanBook India. Reproduction, scraping, or re-distribution of our proprietary content is subject to legal action.

4. Refund and Cancellation

Paid plans are one-time payments for a fixed period (30 days or 365 days) and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You can ask for a full refund within 48 hours of payment if you have not started any premium test. Failed or duplicate payments are always refunded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

5. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any interval to reflect operational upgrades or governing law requirements. Continued use indicates explicit binding acceptance of all future iterations.
